Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Boots

Place the unworn boots back in their original Magnum box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
